Returns & Exchanges

At My Pet Carnivore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion-forward purchases, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments back into their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
