What is your return policy for apparel?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in original packaging. Due to hygiene standards, items must be free of pet hair and odors to qualify for a refund.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Are your pet garments machine washable?
Most of our collection is machine washable on a gentle cycle. However, luxury items with sequins or delicate lace should be hand-washed to maintain their quality.
Do you offer custom tailoring for unique breeds?
Currently, we offer a wide range of sizes from XXS to XXL. While we don't offer bespoke tailoring, our stretch-fabric lines are designed to accommodate various body types including bulldogs and greyhounds.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
